When you use your TEXAR Discover Debit Card, there's no need to carry around extra cash. Use the card for your everyday needs like ATM transactions, shopping, gas purchases, and everything in between. You can keep track of your expenses by logging into the TEXAR mobile app.

In addition, with your Debit Card, you have the following benefits:

You can get a debit card from TEXAR branches within minutes. Stop by Texarkana, New Boston, or Atlanta or message us using your TEXAR mobile app to request a new card. If a branch isn't in your area, cards may be mailed to your residence or to your nearest branch. Cards that are mailed may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Turn your Card Off & On
Using your TEXAR Mobile App, you will notice a new feature:Â Manage Card- this is defaulted at the bottom of your main screen once you have logged in.
Misplaced Card
Just swipe the green toggle to turn it off and when you locate it, turn it back on! Turning your card off when you are not using it will help reduce your chances of fraud. Â
Lost or Stolen Card
Click your name on the Manage Card option and simply swipe the lost card option to turn your card off. But WAIT... you cannot turn your card back on after reporting it lost. To request a new card message in using the TEXAR mobile app or come by a branch todayÂ
Concerned about Security?
The first and most important way to protect yourself is to closely monitor your account by verifying your transactions online every few days with Anywhere Access at www.gotexar.com. If you are not set up for our online service, our member service can help set you up and show you how to access your account. It is very easy! If you don't have access to a computer, you need to verify your statements as soon as received. Report any discrepancies immediately to TEXAR at 903-223-0000.

To further protect you, TEXAR has a fraud detection monitoring system in place to review transactions daily for any suspicious activity. If fraudulent activity is suspected, the system will attempt to contact you by phone to verify the transaction in question. If the attempt is unsuccessful, card usage is restricted until verification can be made. Remember, if we contact you, we will never ask for your personal information such as Social Security number, account number, PIN#, password or CVV/CVC number (last 3 digits on back of card) over the phone or the Internet.
You can also block a card online on our Anywhere Access website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week just follow the steps below
- Sign on to Anywhere Access
- From the MAIN MENU, click on the Options tab
- From the Options tab, click on Debit Card
- Select the card you need to block. If you are not sure which card was stolen, block them all.
